She has been painted and striped for effect and her face is painted and stitched. she is wearing a top made of homespun and a skirt is made of cotton print her wings match her clothes. she has a bee button on her top and has calico loons. She is made of stained calico, stuffed and painted. she was left out in the sun to 'bake'. her eyes are buttons and her mouth is stitched. Her dress is made from Homespun and she has a matching bow on her head. she is wearing loons and a petticoat. the cookies have also been baked by the sun, their eyes are beads and they have been 'iced' for effect. they are sitting in a calico bowl with the word 'GINGERBREAD' on the front. there are cloves and cinnamon sticks in the bowl also. there is a vintage style label tied around her wrist. Rebecca Rabbit This cute bunny has been sitting in the carrot patch and is enjoying the spring sunshine! Made out of calico and homespun, she has a bumble bee button on her dress, and a patch on her loons. Her face has been stitched and has buttons for eyes. Shucks is made from tea stained calico which has aged her nicely. she has a primitively stitched face with a red kiss stitched on her lips. Her hair is made from 3 strands of stiffened wool and has buttons for eyes. This doll has stitched feet which gives the impression of toes so she is barefoot in the Barley fields, and her dress is made from calico and a flowery material and her loons are made from calico. After making cookies and cinnamon buns, Constance and Ging are admiring their handiwork!! Constance has been made out of lightly tea stained muslin, with floss for hair, stitched face, button eyes, and painted, stripy legs. she has a homespun dress, muslin pinny and petticoat with a patch saying Gingerbread on it. Two buttons hold her pinny in place. Ging has been painted and grubbied with cinnamon with cute bead eyes, stitched heart and a matching homespun bow like Connie's dress.
